How to fix the grey screen issue

This is a known issue when your citrix session starts with a blank grey screen and this issue will be resolved by Citrix with the oncoming release (expected by mid-June).

Meanwhile, there is a quick workaround: simply maximize your citrix window (double click on your company name in the header) and the window will start showing the content.
